My current diet and supplements

7 am: Coffee

8:30: 1 packet Kodiak Protein Oatmeal, local honey, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (currently Dymatize Hydrolyzed Whey, I love it a lot)

11:30: 4-6 oz of salmon, 3/4 cup of rice

3pm: Preworkout (currently Astro Flav Drip ,I love the strawberry watermelon flavor and it is caffeine free)

Workout. Pretty much every day. Sometimes twice a day on the weekends. 1 to 2 hours.

4 PM: 10-15 minute walk. Dymatize Fruity Pebbles Whey (2 heaping scoops), it’s better than the real thing. I love it.

Finish Workout

Post Workout: Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, and Greek yogurt in a shaker cup

Dinner: 6-8 oz. beef, 1 cup of rice

Before bed: 2 heaping scoops Fruity Pebbles Whey.

That is it. This is a shift away from the intermittent fasting that was a resounding success. Training volume and intensity is going up. The added protein I can already see cutting recovery time dramatically. Weights are rising steadily. Scale has not budged from 268 pounds in over 2 months but measurements are going up and down in all the right places. Waist measurement is down 2 inches. I feel really good.

Additional Supplements:

Alpha GPC/Vinpocetine with morning coffee.

Zinc immunity and Vitamin d3 with lunch meal. The 10-15 minute walk that I take midworkout is outside and Scottsdale almost always has sunshine. Protect your vitamin D people!

Currently drinking 1-2 gallons of water per day. Half or more of daily intake is during workout or shortly after.

I get massages as frequently as I can afford and they are an absolute game changer for recovery. My new living arrangements have a hot tub, and most days I soak for 10-15 minutes. Usually between the post workout shake and dinner.
